CA Wireless Outage - Customers East of Yuba C (Reported)

Affecting Server - Wireless | Priority - Critical


All towers are now back online and customers should be able to connect once again. If there are any persisting issues, please call our support department 866-888-4638 x1



Power has been restored and many customers should be back online. The following towers are still having an issue and techs are in route. OH Soper, Oregon Peak, Winery Hill, Fletcher, Bluebird, Marysville Rd, and Jessica. No ETR at this time



The issue is due to a power outage that is affecting customers to the North East of Marysville. All of our Towers do have backup power, but the backup will not last beyond 6 hours. Technicians are actively working to resolve the issue and any updates to this issue will be posted here.


There is currently a Fixed Wireless outage affecting all customers to the East of Yuba City. Technicians are en route to resolve the issue. There is currently no ETR, but this notice will be kept up to date.

CA Wireless Upgrade - Oregon House (Scheduled)

There is an ongoing issue that is causing slow speeds in the evening affecting the Oregon House area. We will be upgrading the towers in the area Wednesday 02/08/16.

Routine Maintenance & Upgrades (In Progress)

Affecting System - Servers & Network | Priority - High

Every Saturday 12AM to 5AM we have set aside for scheduled maintenance of our Servers (Web hosting, billing, email, authentication, etc) and Network (routers, switches, firewalls). 

During this time we perform firmware upgrades, upgrade hardware, security checks, etc.  Most outages will only be minutes long, but there are chances things don't go as planned.

You may or may not experience any issues during this time, but if you do, we are busy working on upgrades or recovering from the upgrade.  Please plan ahead.
